Vibration Plates can be a very effective way to stabilize your core and improve balance. Core exercises create a more optimal condition and help prevent back and neck problems. Most fitness equipment in the market fails to incorporate the muscles in the thoracic (trunk) area of the body. Today with many workman’s compensation cases being back related, there is a need for people to improve core stabilization and balance. 

One of the leading causes of hospitalization with seniors is balancing problems that lead to falls. Braking our hip and/or wrist during these falls can result in living in a nursing home.
